Three teens charged over alleged armed robbery, NSW

Three teenagers have been charged following an alleged armed robbery in Woy Woy earlier this week.

About 3.30am on Monday 14 January 2019, police will allege three teenage boys, all aged 16, entered a service station on Memorial Avenue, Blackwell, near Woy Woy, and threatened the attendant with a gun while demanding money.

The teens fled the scene on foot with a quantity of cash.

No one was physically injured.

Officers from Brisbane Water Police District attended and commenced an investigation.

Two replica firearms were located and seized nearby.

Following inquires, later the same day one teen was arrested and charged with robbery in company while armed with dangerous weapon.

He appeared in a Children's Court yesterday (Tuesday 15 January 2019) and was bail refused to reappear on Tuesday 12 March 2019.

About 3.30pm yesterday, two other teens were arrested at a residence in Woy Woy and taken to Gosford Police Station.

They were both charged with robbery in company while armed with dangerous weapon and were refused bail to appear in a Children's Court today (Wednesday 16 January 2019).
