  • Thrill seekers will soon be able to feel their adrenaline pumping as they experience a new and exciting angle to watch their favorite sport or see the sights of Perth 42 meters above the turf at Optus Stadium.

Perth's newest tourist attraction features a two-hour experience, which is anticipated to operate 364 days a year, including all event days, delivering the ultimate fan experience and showcasing the Stadium in a manner never seen before.

Groups of 14 fans will have the opportunity to walk around the roof top of the most beautiful stadium in the world on a guided tour and view their favourite events on an overhanging viewing platform while taking in the panoramic view.

Operating from Saturday February 27, there will be 14 seats available on the platform, located on the Eastern end of the Stadium, and fans will be safely harnessed and attached to the railing at all times.

More adventurous fans will also have the opportunity to lean out at a point 137-feet (42 meters) above the ground while strapped in with their harness.

Future modifications to the roof attraction will allow wheelchair users and others with impaired mobility to access the platform and roof top. This unique facility will make the Stadium the first to offer fully accessible access to a roof experience and is anticipated to be delivered late in 2021.

With guest safety a priority at all times, participants will undergo a pre-tour induction with their Tour Leader and will be required to wear climb suits, a hat and sunglasses for the duration of their experience.

Roof top tours will commence Saturday, February 27 with bookings available from 10am today.
