Manningham Crime Investigation Unit detectives have recovered seven watches with a combined value of $200,000 after executing a warrant in Abbotsford early Friday morning.

Police executed the warrant at a Greenwood Street address about 9.55am and took the man into custody.

During a search of the property, it is alleged police located the Rolex, Patek Philippe, Tudor, IWC, Titus, Omega & CK watches as well as Louis Vuitton, Prada, Guess and Michael Kors handbags, cameras and jewellery at the property.

The 46-year-old Abbotsford man was charged with five offences, including burglary, theft and dealing with property believed to be the proceeds of crime.

He was bailed to appear at the Ringwood Magistrates' Court on 26 October.
