Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tobby-Aaron Jarvis.
A warrant has been issued for the 29-year-old man's arrest for threat to inflict serious injury and committing indictable offences whilst on bail.
Investigators have released an image of Jarvis in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as 180cm tall, of thin build with short blonde hair and tattoos.
He is known to frequent the Wodonga and Wangaratta area, as well as Albury in NSW.
