The much anticipated Stage 14 lots at Tower Hill will open for registrations of interest, next month.
24 blocks ranging in size from 542m2, to 797m2, and starting from $152,250, are fully serviced and ready to build on, in Swan Hill's already established Tower Hill estate.
Council's Director of Corporate Services Bhan Pratap said Tower Hill was a popular place to build a new home.
"It is a beautiful, established estate. Close to central Swan Hill and nearby schools, and a wonderful playground for the children, it is the perfect place to build a home for the family," Mr Pratap said.
"The lots may also appeal to builders and investors, as the titles are expected in April and will be ready to build on straight away," he added.
Tower Hill's Stage 14 will open for registrations of interest from 9am Monday, 13 March to 5pm Friday, 17 March 2023 via towerhill.swanhill.vic.gov.au
Due to significant interest in blocks a ballot draw will be held on Monday, 20 March 2023 at 2pm. Process and details will be available on the Tower Hill website from Monday, 13 March 2023.
