Police are appealing for witnesses to a traffic crash involving a car and motorcycle in Burdell on May 27.
Around 11.25am on Tuesday, a motorcycle and a white Ford Focus collided at the intersection of Main Street and Market Street.
The rider, a 45-year-old Mundingburra man, was transported to Townsville University Hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the Ford Focus, a 38-year-old Burdell woman and the three passengers, a 34-year-old man and two woman, aged 26 and 35 were transported to Townsville University Hospital for observation.
Forensic Crash Unit investigators are urging anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage to contact police.
