TRC offers subsidised digital marketing support to small business

Small and medium business owners and managers are invited to take advantage of fully subsidised training starting in February this year that is designed to improve business skills and digital marketing expertise.

Toowoomba Regional Council Planning and Development Committee chair Cr Megan O'Hara Sullivan said Council was pleased to partner with Toowoomba's DMS Creative to fund the delivery of the Digital Marketing Mentoring Program.

"Council is committed to supporting small business operators by offering access to effective programs that are designed to offer tailored advice for their operations," Cr O'Hara Sullivan said.

"Small and medium businesses are significant employers across the Region and Council is determined to help business owners and managers improve their business skills and sharpen their marketing techniques to boost their profile and turnover.

"Fine-tuning skills is a smart move at any time, but I'm sure business owners have seen the importance of having a strong digital presence over the course of the Coronavirus pandemic.
