Two injured after car park collision - Chatswood

Two people were seriously injured after a collision in the car park of a licensed premises at Chatswood this morning.

About 9.35am (Thursday 23 May 2019), a man in his early 30s was in the car park of a licensed premises on the Pacific Highway.

The female driver of a Toyota Corolla was attempting to park her car, she has lost control of the vehicle and hit the pedestrian.

As a result of the crash, she was ejected from the Corolla. Both injured parties were taken to Royal North Shore Hospital.

The woman, believed to be in her 80s, remains in a critical condition while the pedestrian is receiving treatment for suspected leg fractures.

Officers from North Shore Police Area Command are investigating the events leading up to the crash.
