Getting started is easy and only takes a few minutes:
- Download the Active World App or visit cabonne.activeworld.com.au
- Create a customer profile and add family members
- Purchase a Season Pass or 10-Visit Pass
Fitness Passport holders:
- Create a customer profile and add family members
- Send a screenshot of your Fitness Passport to Council to have your membership applied
Return customers:
- If you already have a FOB from previous years, this should be automatically reactivated if the membership has been renewed.
ALL USERS MUST:
- Watch the Pool Safety Induction Video and complete the online form (only required once per season)
Once you've completed the induction, you'll need a FOB to access the pool (unless you have one from previous years which should automatically be re-activated once membership has been paid).
FOBs can be collected from Council offices. Simply contact Council via phone or email and arrangements can be made for collection from a Council office convenient to you.
