Katherine Detectives continue to investigate the assault of a male in Katherine East on Monday 29 October.
At approximately 5:40am an unknown male allegedly unlawfully entered a residence in Katherine East and struck the male occupant with a blunt object before fleeing from the scene, Northern Territory Police say.
Constable First Class Alexander Dowie said police believe someone out there has information about this incident.
"Police are still appealing to anyone who has any information to come forward.
"Katherine Detectives have not yet charged anyone however a male is assisting with enquiries," he said.
