Police have charged a man following a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Beenleigh in late December last year.
Around 4.45am on December 27, a car that was travelling on Milne Street left the road and struck a 60-year-old woman.
The woman suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital where she was later pronounced deceased.
A 25-year-old Algester man has been charged with one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death.
He is due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on January 14.
