One person has died following a single-vehicle crash on SH2, South West of Opotiki.
Police received a report of the crash, near the intersection of Ruatuna Road, around 8.40am.
Police extend their sympathies to the person's family and friends.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
