A further two people have been charged and police are appealing for assistance to identify a woman, as the investigation into an alleged affray outside a restaurant in Melbourne continues.
A 33-year-old Melbourne woman and a 45-year-old North Melbourne man were arrested during search warrants last Thursday.
The pair were charged with a range of offences including affray, causing public nuisance, righteous behaviour and offensive behaviour.
The arrests follow an incident on Hardware Lane about 8.15pm on Friday 4 July.
It's alleged a protest group walked to a restaurant and became involved in an affray where chairs were thrown. Damage was caused to the glass door of the restaurant during the incident.
Three people, a 50-year-old Richmond man, a 28-year-old Footscray woman and a 28-year-old Essendon woman, were arrested on Tuesday 8 July and charged assault, affray, riotous behaviour and criminal damage.
The 50-year-old Richmond man has been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 18 July.
The remaining four people have been bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 25 September.
Detectives from the Melbourne Crime Investigation Unit are continuing to investigate the incident.
As part of their investigation, detectives have released an image of a woman in the hope she can assist with their enquiries.
