The Emergency Management (Activities - Associated Direction No 10) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 has been revoked and replaced by the Emergency Management (Activities - Associated Direction No 11) (COVID-19) Direction 2021. This Direction came into effect at 4.53 pm on Tuesday 24 August 2021.

- Hospitality venues are now able to seat patrons at a bar or counter. The seated consumption of food and beverage requirements now allow for a patron to be seated at a bar or counter, provided the area of consumption is designated and physically distant from a service area for taking orders or preparing or serving food or beverages for patrons not seated at the bar.
