Updated Arrivals General Direction, South Australia

The Emergency Management (Arrivals General) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 has been revoked and replaced by the Emergency Management (Arrivals General No 2) (COVID-19) Direction 2021. This Direction came into effect at 4.08pm on 20 December 2021.

Key changes include:

All public and private hospitals are now entirely defined as High Risk Settings, whereas previously only certain sections of hospitals were.

Travellers from the following risk levels are not permitted to enter High Risk Settings:

  • Moderate Risk (7 days after arrival)
  • High Risk (14 days after arrival)
  • International (14 days after arrival)
