The Emergency Management (Cross Border Travel Associated No 50) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 has been revoked and replaced by the Emergency Management (Cross Border Travel Associated No 51) (COVID-19) Direction 2021. This Direction came into effect at 7:01pm on Saturday 11 September 2021.
Key changes include:
Anyone arriving in South Australia who, in the 14 days prior to their arrival (but not before 5 September 2021) has been in the Logan City Local Government Area or City of Brisbane Local Government Area must:
- · Have a COVID-19 test on day 1, 5, & 13.
- · Self-quarantine until negative test.
- · No entry into high risk setting for 14 days after arrival.
- · No entry to COVID Management Plan events with more than 1000 people for 14 days after arrival.
There are no restrictions from people arriving from any other area of Queensland.
Other existing requirements remain.
