The NDIA has updated the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26 and supporting documents.
The Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits assist participants and disability support providers in understanding how price controls for supports and services work in the NDIS. We regularly make changes to these documents to ensure that pricing and claiming guidance is in line with current policy.
These updates take effect on 24 November 2025.
We have listened to feedback from participants and providers who asked for earlier notice of pricing updates.

- Participants and families plan how to use their funding effectively.
- Providers prepare for any changes to services or business practices.
What is changing on 24 November 2025:
Key changes include:
- Change to the price limit for Art Therapists and Music Therapists as recommended by the Independent Review of Art and Music Therapies.
- Updates to the guidance for claiming of 'Other Professional' support items to align with recommendations by the Independent Review of Art and Music Therapies.
- Removal of the COVID Addendum and related support items.
- Implementation of the most recent Department of Health, Disability and Ageing updates to the Modified Monash Model classifications.
- Updates to the Specialist Disability Accommodation calculator as part of the annual process to index Specialist Disability Accommodation pricing following updates to the Disability Support Pension indexation.
- Updates to the Pricing Arrangements and Pricing Limits and the Assistive Technology, Home Modifications and Consumables Code Guide to ensure alignment with the NDIS Supports List, including:
- Creating, modifying and deleting support items in the Assistive Technology, Home Modifications and Consumables Code Guide.
- Updating the descriptions of Community Social and Recreational Activities, Innovative Community Participation and Community Participation Activities items in the Pricing Arrangements and Pricing Limits.
New Operational Guideline for Therapy Supports
We have also released a new Operational Guideline for Therapy Supports. The guideline explains:
- what therapy supports are
- when the NDIS will fund them
- who can deliver them
