FSC
The FSC continues work on updating the FSC investment management agreement (IMA).
Initial working group discussions have recently concluded, following which the FSC IMA Working Group and the FSC have prepared a short summary of the changes that have been agreed. Now that the terms of the revised IMA have been settled, it is expected that work will begin shortly on preparing the revised template together with accompanying revised guidance notes.
