Date: Water shutdown 20 & 23 August 2021
Please be advised that weather permitting, there is an unexpected water shutdown required to complete the water main replacement works that have been ongoing in Myack Street between
60 to 72 Myack St, Berridale.
This essential water shutdown is expected to commence between 9:00am and 3:00pm on
20 and 23 August 2021 and will carry through to 29 August 2021.
Local traffic movement will be permitted under site staff direction.
Snowy Monaro Regional Council staff and contractors will not require any access onto private property.
McMahons has been awarded this contract and has issued this notice directly to individual residents prior to any works requiring the isolation of water supply to private properties.
Any road pavement, driveways and paths affected by the reconstruction work will be repaired or replaced as part of the project works.
Council apologises for any inconvenience this work may cause and asks residents and motorists to be mindful of relining crews and machinery that will be working on and around this project.
