Pentagon Press Secretary John F. Kirby provided the following readout:
Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III met in Vilnius with Estonian Minister of Defense Kalle Laanet, Latvian Minister of Defense Artis Pabriks, and Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis to discuss Russia's military buildup in and around Ukraine, including in Belarus. Secretary Austin reassured the Ministers of the United States' commitment to deterrence and defense on NATO's Eastern Flank. The leaders shared concern over the deployment of Russian military forces in Belarus and agreed that Allied unity is stronger than ever.
