These Gaza-based organizations and the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad are being designated for secretly supporting the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades and engaging in deceptive fundraising, which undermines aid to civilians.
The United States will use all available tools to expose and disrupt the deceitful practices that these entities and individuals use to raise funds.
