Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt Health departments now have another option for purchasing officially licensed Vanderbilt merchandise. The Vanderbilt Bookstore (Follett Higher Education) is now available as an Internal Campus Supplier of licensed merchandise, enabling purchases through each organization's standard procurement process.
The new purchasing option provides departments with access to in-stock licensed merchandise and custom-branded promotional products for events, conferences, employee recognition, donor engagement, departmental programs, gifts and other organizational needs.
How It Works
Departments can browse the Vanderbilt Bookstore's online catalog to identify merchandise that meets their needs. Once merchandise has been identified, departments can submit a Merchandise Order Request (MOR) form and purchase requisition for Follett Higher Education.
Orders may be:
- Delivered directly to the requesting department
- Picked up at the Vanderbilt Bookstore
Bulk orders and custom-branded promotional products are available for specific programs, events and initiatives. Many items are available for immediate fulfillment based on bookstore inventory. Lead times for promotional products and specially sourced items vary based on product availability, inventory levels, minimum order quantities, customization requirements and production schedules.
Merchandise selection
The Vanderbilt Bookstore offers a broad selection of licensed merchandise, including apparel, gifts, accessories, drinkware, school supplies, technology accessories and products from nationally recognized retail brands. Brands include Nike, Peter Millar, Champion, Rhoback and YETI.

With the Vanderbilt Bookstore available as an Internal Campus Supplier of licensed merchandise, departments can purchase licensed merchandise through their organization's standard procurement process rather than making purchases directly at the bookstore.
Thousands of in-stock merchandise items are available for department delivery or bookstore pickup, giving departments immediate access to many products. Departments also have access to merchandise from nationally recognized retail brands.
In addition to in-stock merchandise, the bookstore also offers bulk ordering and custom-branded promotional products for departmental programs, events, employee recognition, donor engagement and other organizational needs. Standard minimum order quantities and production lead times apply to promotional products.
