Today the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) have handed down their decision regarding an application by Veolia for a development licence to operate a waste transfer station at 290 Hallam Road, Hampton Park.
VCAT has determined that the Environmental Protection Authority's (EPA) decision to refuse the development licence should stand.
We would like to acknowledge the tireless advocacy of local residents and community groups who dedicated their time and effort to represent their communities.
