Vehicle intercept at Bald Hills

Three people have been arrested following an alleged car theft and attempted break in at Bald Hills last night.

Just after 6pm police will allege they located a stolen vehicle when they were called to an attempted break in at a Bald Hills Road address.

Three people fled the scene in an alleged stolen Porsche station wagon.

The vehicle was monitored by Polair and intercepted at Bald Hills on the Gympie Arterial Road using a tyre deflation device. The occupants of the vehicle then fled on foot.

Police located and arrested two boys aged 16 and 17 and a 20-year-old man.
