Victoria Police Seek Witnesses Post-Braeside Armed Robbery

Moorabbin Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance following an alleged armed robbery which occurred in Braeside in March.

Investigators have been told a 20-year-old man was approached by three men in parklands off Governor Road about 11pm on 31 March during a privately organised music event.

The trio assaulted the victim before they stole a satchel containing a phone, cash and identity documents.

They then left the area.

The victim was taken to hospital and suffered lacerations to his head and torso.

Investigators have released CCTV and images of three men they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
