Want dinner at Ricketts Point Teahouse?

We are seeking community feedback on a proposal to refurbish the interior of Ricketts Point Teahouse and open for dinner.

Ricketts Point on the Beaumaris foreshore is a unique coastal area with important biodiversity and cultural values. The Teahouse is a much loved local venue for a daytime coffee or meal in the wonderful coastal setting.

We are proposing to extend the Teahouse opening hours and the existing liquor licence to enable a dinner service.

The proposed refurbishment is internal only and would not include an extension to the current building.

The interior refurbishment would be funded by the Teahouse in exchange for a long term lease.

We are also proposing to resurface the sealed section of the car park to the south of the Teahouse.
