A man wanted on an outstanding warrant has been arrested in Sydney's west tonight.
On Monday (Monday 17 August 2026), officers attached to Riverstone Police Area Command commenced inquiries after a 35-year-old man escaped from Blacktown Hospital.
Just after 8pm (Saturday 22 August 2026), detectives from North West Metropolitan Region and Operational Support Group operatives from South West Metropolitan Region arrested the man at a home in Mays Hills.
He was taken to Granville Police Station where inquiries are continuing.
