Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tera Nookura.
The 20-year-old is wanted on warrant after she failed to appear at court in relation to theft and assault related charges.
Nookura is described as 170cm tall with a thin build and long dark hair.
She is known to frequent the Epping, Sunshine, Port Melbourne and CBD areas.
Police have released an image of Nookura in the hope someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
