Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Thanh Le.
The 31-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear on bail and traffic offences.
Le is described as about 168cm tall, medium build, black short hair and dark eyes.
He is known to frequent the Deer Park, St Albans and Delahey areas.
Investigators have released an image of Le in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
