Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jeff Falzon.
The 42-year-old, who has been known to use the surname Galea, is wanted on warrant for assault related offending.
Falzon is described as 175cm tall with a thin build, bald head and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent the Moonee Ponds, Burnside Heights, West Footscray and Hillside areas.
Investigators have released an image of Falzon in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
