Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Mark Digiglio.
The 51-year-old is wanted on warrant for shopsteal offences.
Mark is known to frequent the Williamstown, Altona and Altona Meadows area.
He is described as having a medium build and balding short grey hair.
Investigators have released an image of Mark in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
