Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Phuce Huu Nguyen, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for the 40-year-old’s arrest after he failed to appear at court in relation to theft of motor car, fail to answer bail and drug offences.
Police have released a photo of Nguyen in the hope someone recognises him and can provide details on his whereabouts.
He is known to frequent the Cairnlea area.
Anyone who sights Nguyen or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
