Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Steven Sheen.
The 31-year-old is wanted on warrant for traffic related matters.
Sheen is described as 193cm tall with a solid build, brown hair and with blue eyes.
He is known to frequent the Dandenong, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Hampton Park, Wantirna and Ringwood areas.
Investigators have released an image of Sheen in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
