Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Bradley Waters.
Warrants have been issued for the 19-year-old's arrest after he failed to appear at court in relation to contravening a community corrections order.
Police have released an image of Waters in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is described as 184cm tall, a thin build with brown hair.
Waters is known to frequent the Wodonga, Glenroy, Seaford, and Benalla areas.
Anyone who sights Waters or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
