Repairs are underway following breaks to water mains, including a major one at Tomakin.
Eurobodalla Council crews responded to several breaks on Sunday 25 January. Council's water and sewerage manager Sarah Lunau said some homes and surrounding businesses were impacted.
"At Tomakin yesterday, crews had to excavate a large area on the corner of George Bass Drive and Tomakin Road to access the mains and worked around the clock on repairs," Ms Lunau said.
"We thank everyone for their patience and slowing down while traffic control is in place."
Ms Lunau said the remaining break at Lilli Pilli is still being repaired and some residents may experience low water pressure over the next 24-48 hours, particularly in higher areas.
"There is no risk to drinking water quality – the water is safe to drink while work is underway," Ms Lunau said.
Ms Lunau said major breaks to water mains are not common and the cause was being investigated. Residents with concerns or ongoing issues can contact Council on 4474 1000.
