Two men were arrested after police allegedly uncovered weapons, drugs and stolen bank cards during a traffic stop.
At about 4am on Wednesday 1 April, patrols stopped a Mazda hatch on Haydown Road, Elizabeth Vale. Police conducted a search of the vehicle where it will be alleged officers located weapons, multiple balaclavas, stolen bank cards, copper piping and methamphetamine.
The driver and his passenger, a 33-year-old man from Salisbury North and a 30-year-old man from Enfield, were arrested and charged with carrying an offensive weapon, possessing a prohibited weapon, unlawful possession, going equipped and possessing an article of disguise.
Both men were granted bail to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on 11 May.
