Wembley Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 36 year old Craig Andrew BROWN.
Mr BROWN was last seen on Saturday 10 September at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Nedlands, WA Police say.
Mr BROWN left the hospital without finalising medical treatment for a head injury and police and medical staff have concerns for his welfare.
He is described as being fair skinned, approximately 180cms tall with a slim build, medium length brown hair and a brown goatee. He has tattoos on his right arm and neck.
Mr BROWN was last seen wearing a red and white shirt and board shorts.
Anyone who sees Mr BROWN, or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call police immediately on 131 444.
