Cardiff University
Cardiff University has been named Welsh University of the Year in The Times & The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2022.
Cardiff also remains the top ranked university in Wales, claiming 35th position out of 135 institutions across the UK.
The announcement follows further league table success, which saw Cardiff climb five places and remain the number one university in Wales in The Complete University Guide 2022 released in August.
Professor Colin Riordan, Vice-Chancellor of Cardiff University, said: "Retaining the top spot in Wales in The Times & The Sunday Times Good University Guide on the back of an unprecedented year for the Higher Education sector is a significant achievement..."
