Large important trees bring life, shade, oxygen and beauty and are highly valued by our community, which is why we want to protect them.

Property owner Dr Maree McCutheon is delighted her English Oak will be preserved for years to come due to its inclusion on the Significant Tree Register.

"It is a very healthy tree, somewhere around 80 years old, that will probably live for another 100 years allowing birdlife to nest and doing its best at being the 'lungs of the earth'.
