Police currently remain in Westmeadows following an armed robbery where a woman was confronted by armed offenders at a licenced premises early this morning.
Officers were called to the venue just after 5am following reports of two people inside the venue armed with firearms.
Shortly after police arrived, a woman ran from the venue stating she had been held inside.
The woman was not physically harmed.
Police quickly locked down the area and investigations involving specialist police continue to establish if the offenders are still inside.
