This Friday's Eats & Beats event, featuring Daisy Hill raised songstress Dami Im, has been postponed due to forecast wet weather.

Eats & Beats, featuring Daisy Hill raised songstress Dami Im, has been postponed until Friday, March 18.

The event was scheduled for Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct (KBF) tomorrow night (Friday, February 25).

Heavy local rainfall in the last 24 hours, with more forecast for the remainder of the week, prompted Logan City Council to postpone the event for community safety.

The same big show featuring Dami and local favourite Zeek Power, will now go ahead on the new date, Friday, March 18, from 5pm.

A range of food truck favourites including Rustic Pastel, Jungle Bean, Twisted Tasty Tatoes and Bao Time are also expected to be at KBF for the new date.

Those who had tickets for tomorrow night's event will be contacted directly and notified about the new event date. Tickets can now be secured for the March 18 show.

Eats & Beats is a free community event, but attendees are required to register via the Logan Arts website.

Up-to-date information about the postponement and the rescheduled event is available on the Logan Arts website and the Eats & Beats Facebook page.
