Witness appeal for aggravated burglary in Brunswick East

Moreland Crime Investigation Unit detectives are seeking assistance from the public following an aggravated burglary in Brunswick East on 19 November.

Investigators have been told an offender entered the Albert Street home about 12.50am while the victim was entertaining a group of friends at the rear of the premises.

The offender stole a laptop and keys.

He was seen by the victim leaving the property and was also noticed by a neighbour riding off on a bicycle.

Detectives have released an image of a man, perceived to be of African or Indian Sub-Continental appearance, they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
