Witness Appeal for Hit-Run Clayton South

Police are at the scene of a hit-run collision in Clayton South (2 February).

It is believed two pedestrians standing at a bus-stop on Clayton Road were hit by a car shortly after 11am.

The pedestrians, a man and a woman, have been taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

It's alleged the driver of the car left the scene on foot following the incident.

The driver of the car is perceived to be Caucasian with short blonde curly hair, thin build, 183cm tall, and wearing a blue jacket and shorts.

The Major Collision Investigation Unit are attending the scene.
