A woman has been arrested after securing herself to a train near Mayfield earlier today, NSW Police say.
About 6.45am (Friday 7 September 2018), police were called to a rail corridor at Sandgate after receiving information a woman had secured herself to the front of a stationary locomotive during protest activity.

She was taken to Newcastle Police Station and charged with enter enclosed lands, obstruct a railway, and not to interfere with train.
