Child Abuse Squad detectives have charged a 38 year old woman as a result of their investigation into her activities whilst employed by the Department of Corrective Services.
It will be alleged between February and May 2017, the woman engaged in consensual sexual acts with a 17 year old boy who was in detention, WA Police say.
The woman from Halls Head has been charged with:-
•Three counts of Indecent Dealing of a Child over 16 years by a Person in Authority; and
•One count of Procures a Child over 16 years to Perform an Indecent Act by Person in Authority.
She appeared before the Armadale Magistrates Court on 20 June 2017.
