A woman missing from the state's Murrumbidgee has been located safe and well.
The 51-year-old woman was last seen in the Leeton area and heard from on the afternoon of Friday 9 December 2022.
When she could not be located, at 4pm Saturday (10 December 2022), officers attached to the Murrumbidgee Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following inquiries, including a public appeal, police located the woman safe at her home in Leeton, about 8.40pm yesterday (Sunday 11 December 2022).
Police wish to thank the community and the media for their assistance.
