A woman and two men have been charged following an alleged robbery in company at a home in the state's Orana Region.
About 5.10pm yesterday (Wednesday 21 August 2019), it is alleged a woman, aged 30, arrived at a home in the Rose Garden area of Dubbo to purchase a mobile phone from a man who listed the sale online.
It is alleged the woman took possession of the phone and placed it inside the vehicle, before punching the man to the face.
The male driver allegedly exited the vehicle brandishing a kitchen knife and threatened the man, before they returned to the car and drove from the location.
Officers attached to Orana Mid Western Police District attended the scene and a short time later located the vehicle on Macquarie Street with the woman and two men inside, aged 33 and 36.
The three occupants were arrested and taken to Dubbo Police Station where they were charged with numerous offences.
The woman was charged with robbery in company, and was bail refused to appear before Dubbo Local Court today (Thursday 22 August 2019).
The 36-year-old was charged with possess prohibited drug and breach of bail. He was bail refused to appear before Dubbo Local Court today (Thursday 22 August 2019).
The 33-year-old man was charged with drive while licence application refused and offensive language. He was granted conditional bail to appear before Dubbo Local Court Wednesday 23 October 2019.
