It is understood the 65-year-old man was performing regular maintenance and servicing works before he was located deceased at the bottom of a lift shaft.
WorkSafe is investigating.
The death is the 15th confirmed workplace fatality for 2026. There were 31 work-related deaths at the same time last year.
