A number of major milestones have been completed with refurbishment works at Swan Active Ballajura.
Tiling has been completed to the swimming pools and spa as well as completion of the new shaded canopy at the rear of the building.
The new café and reception areas are also around 50% through their construction phase with plant and other new services nearing completion for testing.
Painting of the centre is also underway.
