On October 13, just after midnight the 28-year-old man and another man have attempted to enter an apartment building on Cordelia Street. The two men were faced by a group of men and a verbal altercation has occurred.

A short time later the two men got into a car and drove along Cordelia Street. The group of men have followed and allegedly surrounded the car.
